You Were the Arbitrator and You Were Right
A few months ago we put an actual arbitration case on our website and asked you to be the Arbitrator. Over 1000 people responded and 82% said that the technician did not engage in “gross and wanton” behavior when he left his Stealth Meter at the job site. The Arbitrator has now ruled and agreed with the worker. The worker does not have to pay the $2,500 that AT&T Broadband was demanding and he will be reimbursed for the weekly payments he has been making. His contract worked and the technician was protected.
