280 Customer Service & Sales Reps Vote CWA at ATT Broadband Call Center in Corliss, PA

Two hundred and eighty customer service and sales representatives at the AT&T Broadband call center in Corliss, PA, have voted for CWA representation. The ballot count, announced May 7, 2002, was 131-105. They join more than 800 other AT&T Broadband employees in western Pennsylvania who have won CWA representation in the last year.

The employees' campaign succeeded because of the issue-driven campaign led by call center employees who made up the organizing committee. CWA members from other AT&T Broadband facilities in the region assisted the workers in the organizing effort.

More than 3,000 workers at AT&T Broadband are now represented by CWA.
